Installation of LNB on ITI Dishes

There been some discussion on the accuracy of the ITI 76cm antenna by our distributors. We have determined that some of these problems are related directly to focal distance which is not called out in the instruction manual. We have bench marked this antenna against the Prodelin 76cm and found the two operate nearly identical. The following is the procedure for setting the correct focal length. 1. Place the LNB in the feed ring with the raised casting ahead of the ring as shown below.
   

   
   

2. Place the tape measure on one of the two bolts at the top of the antenna
   (the bolts that attach the antenna to the mount).
   Make your measurement from the bolt to the face of the LNBF.
   

   

   
   

3. The optimum distance is 21.25 inches. Be sure to check your field strength meter to assure exact tuning.
