Satcom Digital Networks achieves 1000th installation.

This week SATCOM Digital Networks reached a company milestone by completing its 1000th commercial installation. In poor weather, SATCOM technicians finalized the SMATV Project at Eastern Correctional Institution, a 3000 unit facility operated by the Maryland Department of Corrections in Westover Maryland. The ECI Television System was upgraded to receive a 22 channel service package provided by Correctional Cable (Tyler, TX) a program service provider specializing in the Corrections Industry.

The ECI project included 3 C-Band Satellite Antenna, 4.5 ,3.7 and 3.1 meter, Headend and ATSC Antennas for local market services.

CCG/SATCOM President Dave Chisholm was on site to congratulate the team for their efforts in achieving this benchmark.
